Our Process.

Assess

We will integrate ourselves daily with all members of the sales team. It’s important that we spend time with people of all levels to give us a better understanding of your business and what makes you tick.

Define

We will collate our observations and present our findings. Interview stages, onboarding and training will be discussed to create the most efficient process moving forward.

Refine

We’re looking to work with you to refine what’s already in place. For example, onboarding with adaptation to people without experience, identifying high-performing traits in candidates, and how best you can utilise their potential.

Deliver

Through weekly communication, we will ensure hiring standards are met. You won’t meet most of our candidates, but the ones you do, we’re confident will be valuable cultural additions to your sales team.
