We’re not like any other recruitment business. We were born inside a people-led business which is one of the fastest-growing companies on the London Stock Exchange, so we’ve seen things differently. Mentored by the founders and leaders, we’ve learned how to absorb a culture, qualify candidates and the importance of remaining long-term relationship focused.
